WARRANTY FOR YOUR ARRANGEMENTS/CONVERSIONS
All equipment parts manufactured and installed by NORVA are guaranteed by NORVA for three (3) years from the date you receive the vehicle. This warranty can be transferred free of charge to any future owner of the vehicle. For fitting parts installed but not manufactured by NORVA, the original manufacturer's warranty applies.
STORE WARRANTY
If one of our products has a manufacturing defect, you must return the defective parts to us by mail (at our expense) or bring them to the workshop so that we can inspect and evaluate them. If the item is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement at no cost. However, please be advised that we will not refund initial shipping costs and labor related to the defective item. You must make your claim request within eighty (90) days after your purchase.
What the warranty covers:
- Defective parts or hardware.
- Manufacturing problems.
What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Rust
Norva does everything possible to reduce rust buildup on the parts it manufactures. In most cases, the risk of rust accumulation is reduced by using corrosion-resistant materials and stainless-steel hardware, among other measures, where necessary. Where appropriate, a durable powder coat paint is used, always with the aim of reducing the risk of rust. Norva gives you a sixty (60) day warranty against rust accumulation on the parts it manufactures.
Installation
Norva guarantees its products (materials and workmanship) when used for the purposes and conditions intended according to its directives. Damages caused to products installed by third-party services or by the buyer after purchase are not covered by the warranty.
Norva is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or fines directly or indirectly caused by its parts and accessories. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the items bought from Norva are acceptable and compliant with legal requirements in the respective province.
Compatibility
Norva emphasizes that most of its parts are specifically manufactured for particular vehicle models. Under no circumstances should an item produced by Norva be purchased and installed on a different vehicle model for which it is not intended.

Norva Return Policy
Norva guarantees the quality of its products. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt. An exchange, refund, or credit note (at the value of the items at the time of purchase) is possible within seven (7) days of receiving the order. After this period, items are no longer eligible for exchange or refund.
Proof of purchase is required for any return request. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and must never have been used or installed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. It is crucial to contact Norva at [email protected] to initiate any return request.
To avoid shipping fees for returning an item, it can be brought directly to the Norva workshop.
Returned parts will be inspected upon arrival; if the return conditions are met and the items are in good condition, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Exceptions to our return policy
- Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without an invoice may be refused.
- Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
- An item that has been incorrectly installed
- No shipping charges are refundable.
- Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
