Are Norva accessories designed only for Sprinters?
Most accessories are designed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter; however, if they are intended for a different model, this will be specified in the item description.
What is the waiting time for a Norva conversion?

How long does it take to convert a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter into an adventure vehicle?
It depends on what you want to do with it and the complexity of your project, but in general, allow between 8 and 16 weeks for your van to be ready to go on an adventure.
Do you supply the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or do I have to take care of ordering it?
Both cases are possible. We have Sprinters on order throughout the year. Let us know and we'll tell you what's possible with Norva.
Do you only convert Mercedes-Benz Sprinters?
Yes, we specialize in converting Mercedes-Benz Sprinters into adventure gems.
Do you offer a guarantee?
All conversion components manufactured and installed by NORVA are guaranteed by NORVA for a period of three (3) years. For components not manufactured by Norva, the manufacturer's warranty applies. All exterior accessories designed and manufactured by Norva are guaranteed for two (2) years.
Do you have any Norva vehicles already converted and for sale?
We mainly work on unique projects, crafted together with the adventurer, but sometimes we have a demo or a special project that is looking for a new owner. Write to us at [email protected] to find out what we have in stock!
Is it possible to visit your facilities?
Of course! You can come and take a look at our workshop by appointment. We have demos and projects in progress to show you. Plus, we know how to receive visitors like no other!
Are your vehicles suitable for our winters?
Absolutely! Our vehicles are made for adventure all year round. Thanks to high-end insulation and efficient heating and cooling systems, you'll stay comfortable no matter the weather outside. Always ready to brave the four seasons!
How can I stay informed of my van's progress during the conversion process?
We'll keep you informed every step of the way! With a private online photo album, you will receive regular updates on the transformation of your van. And if you have any questions or concerns, we're here to answer them. Communication is key at Norva!
How can I book a conversion in your calendar?
A deposit of $5,000 is required to secure a time slot on Norva's construction schedule.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally.
Do I need the factory “roof rails” on my sprinter to install your roof accessories?
Yes, our range of Sprinter roof accessories requires genuine Mercedes roof rails.
Do you offer seat and bench installation service?
No, we do not offer the installation of extra seats or benches.
Is it possible to have your accessories installed in your workshop?
Yes, absolutely! You can have all our accessories installed directly in our workshop.
I noticed that you were a distributor of Van compass; however I don't see all their products in your online store. How can I get a price for an item/accessory that I would like to obtain?
